In 2020, I lost the love of my life.

Somewhere in the middle of all of that, I picked up a journal.

Not because I thought it would fix anything — but because I needed somewhere to put all the things I couldn’t say out loud.

And in those pages, something shifted.

Not overnight.
Not dramatically.
But quietly, steadily… the way a sunflower turns toward whatever light it can find.

I started writing.

Affirmations that didn’t feel like lies.
